Now's a Great Time to Learn to Meditate

If you've ever thought you'd like to learn to meditate, I can't imagine a better time than now. If you believe that you CAN'T meditate because your mind is too busy, you can't sit still or you can't quiet your thoughts, I assure you I can teach you techniques you can use. I teach a system of meditation called Unified Mindfulness, which is a secular, well-researched, scientifically-backed set of techniques that anyone can master. With these easy-to-learn techniques, you will have clear strategies for working with your busy monkey mind. And you don't have to sit cross-legged on a cushion (unless you want to) or be able to imagine yourself floating on a cloud or try to stop yourself from thinking (impossible!).

Please feel free to send me a message if you want to chat more about this (in other words: let me convince you to give it a try!). I can't overstate how much meditation has improved my life - and I am a highly-strung, anxious perfectionist. And now that I've been teaching this system for almost a year, I've seen over and over again how much my students benefit from learning these techniques, too. The benefits of mindfulness are many (less stress, reduced depression/anxiety, improved focus/productivity, lower blood pressure, greater happiness and fulfillment...to name a few).

If you're tempted, here are details of a couple of my upcoming classes. I also coach private one-on-one clients or I can work with your staff/club/team.

Stress, anxiety and depression are rampant right now. I'd love to help you feel better.
